This is a selected collection, rather than a list of every account in the Quran. It brings together stories of prophets and other people mentioned in the Quran. Retellings and recitation serve different purposes
Sukun Kids' stories are children's retellings, not Quran translations or recordings of Quran recitation. They draw on the Quran and established tafsir, including Ibn Kathir and Ma'ariful Quran. The narrative detail may therefore extend beyond the particular passage linked here. Read our sourcing policy for how that distinction is handled.
Make room for your child's questions
You do not need to finish a whole story in one sitting. Read a little, pause for a question, and return to the passage when you want to understand it more closely.
